This is David's other twin, Angela. A now divorcee of the glamourous glam rocker, Angela herself is a glamourous woman also known for her iconic "androgynous" look in the 1970s. She's also an actress.... having made a cameo in Llana Lloyd's Glitter Goddess of the Sunset Strip - Lloyd's account of having grown with lesbian mother in the 1950s, and becoming a Hollywood groupie and dear friend to stars like Alice Cooper. The film, directed by Dick Campbell, a Mercury Records recording artist, was previously available on YouTube but alas, is no longer. Truly a shame considering how truly over the top the movie is. It's the type of movie that makes you think "Holy shit, what the hell were they thinking during the rough cut process?" when you begin to notice the cheap wigs, cheap costumes, unconvincing Alice Cooper impersonators, and all around unconvincing acting, sets, and whatever else. But....that's part of the value of Glitter Goddess of the Sunset Strip. The cheap aesthetics and bad acting compliment the sensationalized account of having a hard drinking, femme seducing, and in Lloyd's description throughout the movie,"butch" mother in the 50s and running away to Hollywood to hang around rock stars. It's a totally Hollywood account, what can I say? I'm not a fan of this idolizing male rockstars bullshit, but Lloyd's account is so over the top, it becomes addicting!
